Founded in Shanghai in 2012, Openstone serves manufacturing, trading and retail companies by combining business processes with proven systems practice: understand the business first, then decide on the system.

Our delivery experience spans Odoo 6 through 20 — which means one thing: whether your system is a decade-old version or the latest 20, we can pick it up.

In 2023 we distilled years of frontline delivery into our own cloud ERP brand, Hongzhai (hongzhaierp.com): dedicated instances, elastic quotas and annual subscriptions, ready out of the box for SMBs. Openstone is the parent company — and still the same team doing implementation and operations.

Company founded
Shanghai Openstone Information Technology Co., Ltd. was founded and registered openstone.cn, starting to serve enterprise customers with IT solutions.
2013 — 2021
ERP delivery practice
Delivered ERP systems for manufacturing, trading and retail customers across the full cycle — discovery, implementation, customization and operations — with customer systems spanning Odoo 7 to 17.
2022 — 2023
Hongzhai is born
Drawing on years of ERP delivery experience, the team launched its own cloud ERP brand, Hongzhai, for small and medium businesses.
2024 — 至今
Multi-tenant cloud platform
Hongzhai evolved into a multi-tenant SaaS platform with dedicated instances, elastic quotas and integrated subscription billing.
